Bagel has became part of our Breakfast. Instead of preparing savory using bagel, I wanted to try a sweet version. Had apples in fridge so tried Apple bagel. Apple bagel is easy to prepare and it tasted Delicious.
Apple Bagel:

Ingredients:
Bagels – 1
Apple – 1/2 small apple, diced
Brown Sugar / White sugar – 1 tsp
Cinnamon – 1/8 tsp
Cheese – 1 tsp (I used Cheddar and mozzarella grated)
Method:
- Combine Apple, cinnamon and Sugar in a mixing bowl
- Top each bagel half with apple mixture and spread cheese over apple
- Bake the bagel halves for 8-10 minutes
My Notes:
- MICROWAVE DIRECTIONS: Top each bagel half with apple, cinnamon and sugar. Place on microwave-safe plate lined with paper towel. Microwave on HIGH for 1 to 1 1/2 minutes. Top each with cheese. Microwave on HIGH for 1 to 1 1/2 minutes or until cheese is melted and sandwich is hot
